An Earth Day Wedding Story | Mathew + Jessica
Jessica was the type of girl who swore she’d never get married… until she met Mathew- obviously. :) As plans came together they decided on an intimate wedding on Earth Day, April 22nd, with sunrise ceremony plans in place… life dealt them a new card- a pandemic. They persevered with their original date and got married on the front lawn of Jessica’s mother’s house with an intimate affair but traded sunrise for sunset and spaced chairs for their family 6 feet apart. It was a day filled with joy that turned out absolutely perfect for them. I hope you enjoy seeing some favorites!
Michael + Leslie Tie the Knot
Back in 2008 Michael, a sophomore, tried his best to ask out Leslie, a senior he had developed a crush on while they attended the same boarding school. While his ability to talk her into a date didn’t work in 2008, he took another chance almost ten years later with great success! They were engaged within a year and tied the knot on June 1, 2019 in Lexington, Ky. Enjoy some favorites from their vows at Second Presbyterian Church and the celebration that followed at Idle Hour Country Club!
Spitzer Fits Her | Eric + Blair
A seemingly quiet southern girl from Kentucky finally connected with a sarcastic New Yorker at a CBS Sports Holiday party. Following their first date, Eric and Blair were essentially inseparable. They currently call New York City home but decided that Lexington, Kentucky would be the perfect setting for their “I do’s”! They wed on a rainy Saturday in May, surrounded by their dearest family and friends on the Keeneland Clubhouse lawn. Their entire day was filled with laughter and dancing. They even made the same face when I said “you’re getting married today!” :) Join us for their seriously fun southern celebration!
